The Cut and Pull-Out Test is an important semi-destructive test used to determine the bond strength between steel reinforcement and surrounding concrete. It helps assess the anchorage performance, construction quality, and in-situ concrete strength, making it a valuable diagnostic tool for both new structures and existing rehabilitation projects.
