Substrate & Tile Preparation

Standard concrete substrate prepared per BS EN 1348. Ceramic tiles (100×100mm) prepared.

Adhesive Application

Adhesive applied at specified thickness with notched trowel. Tiles pressed with standard force. Cured per each condition.

Conditioning Regimes

Standard (28 days at 23°C), heat aged (14 days at 70°C), water immersion (7 days), freeze-thaw (25 cycles).

Pull-Off Testing

50mm dollies bonded to tiles after conditioning. Tensile load applied at 0.05 N/mm²/s.

BS EN 12004 Classification

Results vs minimum values (C1: ≥0.5, C2: ≥1.0 N/mm²). Class assigned. NABL product report within 35 days.
